Grosvenor Casinos Drives Its World’s Smallest Travelling Casino Into Birmingham

From 5 June, Grosvenor Casinos shifts into drive its one-of-a-kind travelling casino in the form of a fully-working London cab as it visits Birmingham.


The bespoke taxi – complete with both live and online game play – is visiting Birmingham as part of a three-week journey picking up passengers in the country’s biggest cities. This is part of Grosvenor Casinos’ wider campaign,  #playyourway which aims to celebrate the upcoming extraordinary summer of sport.

Passengers will have the choice of being taken to Grosvenor Casino Hill Street Birmingham, free of charge, or to be driven anywhere in Birmingham for an optional donation to Carers Trust – the company’s chosen charity. To request a ride in Grosvenor Casinos’ World’s Smallest Travelling Casino, consumers just need to tweet @grosvenorcasinos with #playyourway and say where they are and where they want to go!

Grosvenor Casinos’ World’s Smallest Travelling Casino includes a gaming table where the dealer will give quick free play lessons in Blackjack and online gaming using a tablet. It will also have TV screens showing sports events and a bar.  In addition to Birmingham, the taxi will also visit London, Leeds, Manchester and Glasgow.
